Shipping times

  • US and Canada: Average shipping time is 1 week from order for devices and electrodes.

  • EU: Average shipping time for devices is 2 weeks; electrodes are shipped via Belgium Post. 

Shipping methods

  • US: Devices and devices with electrodes are shipped via FedEx. Electrode orders, as well as any order sent to a PO Box, are shipped via USPS.

  • Canada: Devices and electrodes are shipped via Canada Post.

  • EU: Devices are shipped via DPD; electrodes are shipped via Belgium Post. 

Order status

To check the status of an order, or if you’ve been notified that your order was delivered but you never received it, please contact CEFALY Customer Service.

International orders

At this time, CEFALY only ships devices and electrodes to the United States, Canada, and select countries within the EU:

Trade-in program

CEFALY users in the US, Canada and the EU can trade in an old CEFALY device to earn credit toward the purchase of the Bluetooth-enabled CEFALY Connected. Learn more about the trade-in program and find out if you’re eligible.

Electrode ordering and subscriptions

Save 5% and get free shipping when you sign up for an electrode subscription plan! Select your preferred electrode type, quantity and delivery frequency to get started. You can adjust or cancel your electrode subscription anytime in your CEFALY account. Start your electrode subscription.

Insurance

At this time, CEFALY is not covered by health insurance plans in the US, Canada or EU. However, CEFALY is an eligible medical expense for health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs). If you have one of these accounts through a health insurance plan, you can use pre-tax dollars to purchase CEFALY and/or CEFALY electrodes.

International fees

Because CEFALY Technology is a Belgian company, some US credit card companies may flag purchases from cefaly.com as an international transaction and charge a foreign exchange fee.  This fee is collected by your bank, not CEFALY Technology.

Returns

If you purchased your CEFALY device from cefaly.com, you may return it within 90 days of your product delivery date.

If you are considering a return because you are unhappy with the results, please understand that everyone responds to treatment differently. It may take two to three months of daily PREVENT treatments to see a meaningful decrease in migraine frequency, as CEFALY gradually desensitizes the trigeminal nerve. Remember, you can always schedule a FREE CEFALY Coach session for one-on-one help. 

If you purchased your CEFALY device from another retailer, please contact that company for details on their return policy. If you registered your device with CEFALY, we can assist you with your three-year limited warranty. 

Warranty

Your CEFALY device is protected by a 3-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase when purchased directly from cefaly.com or CEFALY US, Inc. This limited warranty ensures your device is free of defects in manufacture and workmanship if used in accordance with the instructions provided.

Electrodes, charging cables, and other accessories are excluded from this warranty. Please keep your invoice or sales receipt as your Proof of Purchase date.

If you purchased your CEFALY device from another retailer, you must register your device with CEFALY and keep your proof of purchase to be eligible for the three-year limited warranty.

If your CEFALY device malfunctions while under warranty, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
