One-on-one Cefaly Coach sessions are always free. First, schedule a call at a time that’s convenient. Our Cefaly Coaches are available Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 7:30 PM ET.
Your coach will call you at the selected time and ask what your goals are for the session. Your coach can:
Walk you through the basics of using Cefaly, such as how to use the Acute and Prevent treatment modes
Help you find the stimulation level that’s comfortable and most effective for you
Assist with troubleshooting, if you’re having any problems using the device and/or electrodes
Talk about how to use the Cefaly app to track and optimize your migraine treatments

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I schedule my coaching session?
Anytime you want. We usually recommend coaching in the first few days after you receive your device. That way, your coach can walk you through using Cefaly in real time. However, you can also talk to a coach before you buy Cefaly, or after you’ve been using the device for a while.
How long is a coaching session?
That’s up to you. If you just need answers to a few questions, your session may take 10 minutes. If you want to spend longer with your coach, your session may last 30 minutes. We want to make sure you feel confident using your Cefaly device, no matter how long it takes.
Is the coaching session an audio or video call?
Coaching is typically done via phone call. If you need special accommodations for your call, please contact us and let us know.

Should I wear my Cefaly during the session?
Many Cefaly users like to wear their device during the session, so their coach can walk them through using it in real time. But if you’d prefer just to talk through the process, that’s fine.
Can I schedule more than one coaching session?
Sure! If you have more questions about using Cefaly, you can schedule another session anytime.
