- Start pairing: Open the app and tap the device status bar on the home screen.
- Wake your device: Press the button on your Cefaly. The light will blink dark blue.

What can I learn from tracking my migraines?
Tracking is about learning your migraine rhythms, so you can strengthen your prevention routine. By logging treatments and attacks, you’ll uncover your average intensity, duration, and specific triggers, creating a personalized report you can share with your doctor to guide your care plan.
Why should I integrate my health wearables with the app?
If you already track your health data with Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Apple Health, Google Health, or another supported platform, you can securely add your activity and sleep data to the Cefaly app.
This can help you learn how lifestyle factors affect migraine. For some people, migraine is triggered by irregular sleep schedules, or getting too much or not enough sleep. Some people also find that regular exercise helps migraine.
