Use programme 1 (attack treatment) on a daily basis 3 to 4 days before the start of a menstrual period.

During the painful period itself, carry out two sessions in succession using programme 1 each day.

At the end of the twenty-minute session, the intensity reduces gradually over the course of 30 seconds.

During this stage, a simple press on the button will immediately start a new twenty-minute session.
